Lavon B. came to Granger Nursing and rehab following a hop surgery and was having difficulties with pain and moving around. Lavon made improvements each and every day and was getting stronger as well as having less pain day after day. She started out as a Hoyer lift for transfers and quickly made progress to being independent in a little over a month. Lavon did so well that she was able to go home with family to an apartment where she resides now. Lavon was a great person to have on for therapy and always willing to work hard to reach her goals of going home.
